I recently received a call from a previous customer in Oxford, MA, who wanted to finish their basement remodeling. After visiting the site and discussing their needs, we developed a comprehensive plan to create a welcoming family room, a functional office, and a full bathroom.
Given the height of the sewage pipe off the concrete slab, we incorporated a bathroom eject pump for efficient drainage and upgraded a 200 amp service panel. The finished basement spans 650 square feet and features premium vinyl plank flooring, a 2x2 vinyl drop ceiling with recessed LED lighting throughout, and an office adorned with a stunning 5-foot French door.
The homeowner was thrilled with the basement finishing transformation, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see how this project has enhanced their living space!
